Latitude at River Landing, is an off-campus student apartment development located in Coralville, Iowa that houses students from the University of Iowa. We partnered with interior design studio, Kuchar, to furnish the amenity and outdoor spaces and bring this building to life.

The furniture selections were bright and bold to bring a sense of energy to the space. The communal areas provide spaces for students to congregate and gather, and support a variety of student work + socialization types. There are zones for heads-down study work that provide a quiet retreat from the hustle + bustle of the common areas. The outdoor pool deck is accented with furniture in the Hawkeye’s school colors, encouraging school spirit and camaraderie. This project provides students with an incredible place to call home while attending college.
