Wind Point Partners is a private equity firm based in Chicago that partners with executives to acquire well-positioned middle market businesses and establish a path to value creation.

We partnered with Perkins + Will to help Wind Point Partners create a workplace that matches the caliber of their work and clientele. The firm’s space needed to appeal to customer expectations and targeted economic sector. They tasked us with the challenge to furnish spaces that seamlessly accommodate both employees and clients. Employees needed highly ergonomic workstations that simultaneously were aesthetically compatible with the firm’s overall customer experience vision and standards.

In addition to privacy levels of private offices and meeting spaces, we had to take into consideration the appropriate levels of privacy required by employees in each specific role. There are a variety of meeting spaces, from formal conference rooms of various sizes to more informal lounge-seating meeting rooms. The plentiful seating in open areas creates an inviting environment and encourages people to gather and interact.

Their office beautifully reflects the company’s quality standards while remaining entirely functional. It demonstrates that quality, design, and function can harmonize and coexist in any office.
