Les Mills is a global fitness company that develops group workout routines, licensed by 17,500 partners in 100 countries. The company recently moved its headquarters to Chicago and wanted to create a flexible space that reflects what they do and who they are.

Using sit-to-stand desks and creating an in-house studio, we helped them form a workplace that enables movement and freedom. We designed collaborative spaces to encourage teamwork and built an open, inviting environment focused on retaining and recruiting the top talent in the industry.
