sales support coordinator

The Sales Support Coordinator will leverage their skills in organization, efficiency, and technology to perform various tasks in support of all sales representatives in Business Development and Account Leadership.    



Support Strategic Response to RFP’s

  • Support marketing efforts in helping to prepare final RFP documents

  • Help review overall RFP response prior to submittal

  • Handle multiple administrative duties in support of the Strategic Response Team


  • Provide administrative assistance to sales leadership team members as required

  • Compile list of leads of tenants in the marketplace and provide to sales leadership

  • Fielding, expediting and escalating sales team request including travel arrangements and expense reimbursements

  • Plan and execute training of all new sales reps

  • Maintain weekly/monthly scorecards on each sales rep

  • Conduct relevant market research to assist VP of Sales develop strategy

  • Manages scheduling of trade shows, conferences, fairs and other client events. (i.e. Chicago Bulls and Blackhawks)

CRM administration

  • Create forecasting reports as requested by sales management

  • Creating and Maintaining Client profiles and contact information in HubSpot CRM

  • Organize and enhance an established library of standards & alternates

  • Develop and monitor performance indicators

Pricing and Quotes

  • Stay up to date on new product and feature launches and communicate them to the sales team

  • Consolidate pricing and specifications and provide to the salesperson

  • Gather pricing from vendors

  • Monitor PQO’s for accuracy and proper costing

  • Collaborate with the Order Management on process changes and notify the sales team



  • 4 Year Bachelor’s Degree



  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Commitment to providing a high level of support to RFP, NBD, and AL sales teams

  • Comfortable navigating HubSpot CRM

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently

  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and ability to work with little to no supervision

  • Positive, efficient team player

  • Effective communication skills
