Associate project manager

Plan, coordinate, and implement the order, delivery, and installation of furniture projects, collaborating with and supporting  all departments and teams. 



  • Direct, coordinate, and manage internal project team (sales, design, account coordinator, operations, accounting)
  • Coordinate and communicate with external team as needed (client, property manager, contractors)
  • Provide timely, formal written communications throughout project to both internal and external project team
  • Obtain delivery and installation quotes
  • Review ship dates for adherence to project schedule and maintain status report
  • Coordinate and schedule product delivery and installation
  • In rare instances, coordinate electrical integration with furniture
  • Provide packing list for warehouse team and drawings for delivery and installation team
  • Communicate with installer at beginning and end of installation; field questions as required
  • Identify punch items and oversee punch list resolution



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 year experience in contract furniture, commercial interior design, project management, or related field



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Creative problem solver
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize
